I can't preview my listing!

Has anyone had this problem. This is my first listing through auctiva, scheduled to list 2/16 but I want to preview it first and I cant. Everytime I click on preview I get a blank page with a button to close the window?! I have a Macintosh running OSX and am using Safari. Please help! Thanks in advance!

Hi moniquelizzette,

The only web browser we fully support for Mac OS is Mozilla Firefox. Please download this web browser from http://www.mozilla.com, and use the Firefox browser when using the Auctiva website. You should then no longer experience this problem moving forward.
