Hi ShezzieM,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. I reviewed your account and confirmed that your images are indeed loading on your Image Management and Saved Listings pages and, given that they are not loading for you, I suspect there must be something unusual on your end that is blocking these images from loading.

It is possible that you have inadvertently set your browser or an internet security program you are running to block images that are hosted by Auctiva but, if that were the case, I would expect the Auctiva hosted images within the templates of your active eBay listings to be blocked as well.

If you are using the Firefox browser, for example, you should be able to check whether your browser is set to block Auctiva hosted images by selecting “Options” from the “Tools” menu and clicking the “Content” tab along the top of the ensuing pop up window.

From there, you will want to make sure the box next to “Load images automatically” is checked and click the “Exceptions” button next to that option to make sure that your browser is not set to automatically block Auctiva hosted images as an exception.
