i can't upload photo after midnight

could any help i can't upload photo after midnight do you know any idea what to do.

Were you able to solve this issue?

You might want to try reinstalling Active X.

Yesterday, my photos would not install using Drag and Drop version and I finally installed Active X.. (installed over a year ago.. to upload pictures but tried again anyway.. )

I was able to upload photos after it was reinstalled.
