I cannot figure out how to use the template I created

I have created a nice template under the "listings" section - "customize your own template" - but now how do I USE it? It does not show up anywhere for me to select the template when I am creating a listing???

What am I doing wrong?

Click on the blue Select Template box in the one-page lister. The pop-up will allow selection from a categories list. Look for "Custom". That group should hold your new template.
