hi. i too have found that i have had some trouble today when trying to post saved listings. i had a fraud to access my account and place a listing to which i believe might have happened thru auctiva since i can see that listing as active in the active tabs. ebay thinks so too. however after making necessary changes, i an getting errors when trying to post telling me that i must now resubmit and update things to which i am not finding useful help information. i was just wondering if your problem was in any way associated with something similar as mine. hope to get these issues resolved quickly. good luck to u.
I can't either. I filed a support request a couple hours ago, but haven't gotten a response. I've also looked around the boards and haven't seen any responses from Auctiva or someone who knows whats going on. I wish I could know if they're aware of the problem and that they're working on it. It is odd that I too had several fraudulent listings placed on my ebay account yesterday. They don't show up in my listings, though.
I got a response from auctiva. They told me to clear my cache and cookies, which I do all the time, now. But then I did it again, this time my listing worked. I can't help but think that they also did something from their end as well. But, whatever, it worked this time when I did it, so I thought I'd share that it worked. But definately file a help request if listings won't work for you.
hi rick,
yes, ebay will check the situation out for a 3rd party unauthorized user, and credit your fees back if it's proven, which they did with me. however, in my case, that fraudulent listing is showing in my auctiva listings and when clicked on, it shows that the item is no longer available. thus being because ebay took care to end it for me. i believe that these "hackers" or whatever u want to call them, are getting in these accounts through auctiva and not ebay. some may enter through ebay if the person in fact, replies to spoof emails by replying or clicking on a link sent to them through email. but for everyone's safety, let's hope that auctiva finds a way to somehow make it a little more difficult to get in to someone's account. let it be known that i NEVER reply to any emails or click any links from any such site. i ALWAYS pull up another page and start fresh. i just think that the encryptments need to be looked at a little closer or does auctiva even have that?

But what leads you to this conclusion? If your account was hacked through eBay and a listing was posted without your consent that listing would still show up in Auctiva if I'm not mistaken. Even if the bad listing had an Auctiva template they could've just copied the source code from a previous listing..
