I cant generate an ebay token

I enrolled previously with a now invalid email account. I forgot all my user information. I cant get new user info because I dont have access to that email account anymore. I enrolled with my new email address, but I cant generate an ebay token...because of the previous account. I am so tired, grumpy, and did I mention tired? I am broke so I would just LOVE to list some auctions.

please kerhelp me.

I opened a suport case, no reply so far.

I just checked our records and it appears your Auctiva account with username "lactasia" has a valid eBay token.

If you wish to transfer your token to another Auctiva account, please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page:
