I don't know what I'm doing!!!!

I've been using Auctiva for over a year now and it's been O.K. I got everything set-up in a workable manner (though I don't know how I did it) I haven't listed since before x-mas and now need to change alot of things & can't seem to do it.
When I originally set-up my profiles I found it pretty confusing, and now have no idea what I'm doing with the new ebay policies regarding returns & handling time. I go to my profiles, click edit, make changes (though I don't know where or how to specify return policy) but can't seem to save the changes anyway. It's been a long morning already, and auctivas tutorials are useless for me.

Nevermind. I got it to work. Is it me, or is Auctiva sometimes touchy? I tried this several times & it wouldn't work.
