I Feel like CRYING :'( SCREAMING!!!!!!!!!!!

I am with you on the store window frustrations. Mine is back in working order, but I had problems over the weekend.

Did you file a help request already on the auctions posted through Ebay? I was having similar problems and they were able to fix that problem pretty quickly.

Just did THAT, we'll see what happens!

I need to list over 100 items on ebay and would LOVE to use the auctiva window but when everyone of my listings is showing that something is not working is does tell something about your store and your reputation and if it's not going to be fixed I rather not use it, as simple as that.

It is not necessary to list an item through Auctiva for it to appear in the store window. The difference is that when listing through our service the store window update can usuallly happen immediately as opposed to requiring multiple steps to create the entry..i.e. detect listing, import it, extract image, create store window image etc.

We are always working to improve the speed and efficency of this process but it will never be instantaneous.

I understand that the changes can not happen instantaneously. I waited a WEEK before postig the issue. Giving the time for something to happen and it just didn't...even couple of days for a picture to show??? common!!

......AND AFTER MUCH frustration it's 7:00 PM and just listed one item with auctiva, much to my surprise the store items APPEAR WAOOOO this is the screaming time of JOY!
Then, I checked my other items and the window seems to be working....OOOOOH AUCTIVA PLEAAAASEE I BEG YOU! Keep it working, I just LOVE IT!.....When it works... and it gives me a dozen grey hair when it doesn't!

I'd bet they're working on it.

No worries. I hear your frustration.

The best thing to do in this situation is file a support case. Support techs are usually able to expedite the store window processing unless there is a technical problem somewhere in which case they have to send it up the pipe to engineering.
