I've lurked here for a while, mainly to hunt for answers and I've usually found them, but this problem has been going on so long and I've found no solution.
When I am making a listing, everything will go along fine until I get to the "choose template" link, then I click it, and I get the hourglass that won't go away. Everything just stops. So I have to copy and paste everything I've written into an email, exit out of Auctiva, log back into Auctiva, recopy and paste everything back into the description field, and it works. I've done this for like a hundred auctions and I'm even past the point of getting mad about it. It's just what I have to do. I really like Auctiva so I've dealt with this, but I'd REALLY like to only have to do things once.
It's not just the "choose template" link. I've tried doing things out of order, like choosing a template first. It works fine. But if it works, then another link will foul it up, like choosing a picture. Somewhere, somehow, it gets frozen up and I have to exit out.
The closest thing I found to an answer was someone who mentioned running AOL in the background. I normally do this, so I tried Auctiva without AOL in the background. No luck. Same problems.
I'd really like my Auctiva listings to take the 5 minutes they should take, rather than the 10 minutes and added annoyance.
Anyone able to shine some light here and help me out?
