I noticed there is a difference when listing something. I list a lot of cell phones on ebay and usually on Ebay, you can search for a phone by model and manufactuer. When you select the phone you want to list, Ebay automatically includes info about that phone that shows up along with your listing. Like how many minutes the battery can use of talk time and stand by and what features the phone has. I noticed that auctiva doesn't give you that option. Am I missing somewhere where I can do that? If not, than I'm not gonna be able to use this service, because there will be times where I will have a phone that i will sell on Ebay and I won't know too much info on it, but Ebay would have a profile on it and my listing than will be more informative with Ebay's help.

Please let me know how I can make this happen on auctiva!

Thanks.

Thanks for the quick response! I appreciate it.

Well I ended up using auctiva for some of my listing today and used the regular ebay listing format for the others. When I look up a listing, it doesnt show all of my listings on the listing bar that scrolls from side to side. I thought once I generated a token with Ebay and auctiva, that it transferred evrything over? What am I doing wrong. Can someone please help? Thanks!
Hi wireless king,

The store window is set to display 12 items at a time favoring items that are ending nearest that of the item being viewed and is refreshed every 4 hours. Once some of your listings end, they’ll be replaced in the store window with new ones at next refresh. We will be increasing the store window capacity to 20 in the near future.

I hope that helps=)
