I listed ean item earlier today from Auctiva that's not in store window.

Hi,
By this time I expected my item to be appearing in the scrolling screen. it's item 7407690581. I understand that the window can support at least 16 images. is this true? The item not showing was the 13th in the list in my store itmes. I did not notice any similar problems with todays date here in the messages so I thought I'd mentiion it. Will it be fixed? thanks.

Are you saying that auctions that began after this one are showing up in your Store Window?

I have not listed another auction since the one that is STILL not showing in the store window. Help told me 9 hours ago that it would be updated and showing within 2-3 hours...well, it's still not there. I am worried now about listing future auctions. when listing from ebay it usually takes longer to import the image for the scrollintg window - so that is why I listed from Auctiva -- so the image would show up quicker. I don't know what to do about future auctions? I am first waiting to see if it shows up at all. do you know if it is more efficient to list at night or in the day?
