I lost my store selection in UK

The reason you are not seeing the "store" option in the "sale type" section of the eBay UK lister page any longer is because eBay recently did away with that listing format. However, you can now post listings in the "fixed price" format with durations of "30 days" or "Good til Canceled" - and you can still place your listings in the categories you have created in your eBay store.

But you can still list store items via the US website with your UK Shop account. You just have to figure out the exchange rate when listing in US dollars.
