I just signed up to use Auctiva about 2 weeks ago. I went through the listing tutorial and the profile tutorial I believe. On Fri I attempted to do the meeting that took place at 11:15 AM. Although I do have sound on my computer and have no problems with the sound, there was absolutely no sound for the meeting I participated in. I couldn't hear a thing and I cranked the volume up as loud as it will go. There also was no question and answer section so I was left feeling like I came in on the 3rd act of a 1 act play. Right now I am so stuck I don't know how to get unstuck. I created my first profile and I then went to the list new item section because I wanted to see a preview of what it was going to look like. The preview I saw after doing the profile still showed all the things in my template that must be edited, i.e. title goes here, shipping goes here, payment goes here, etc., etc. It still showed pics that are apparently on my template, which I don't want on my listings. They are actually pics that are on my About Me page. I would have thought those pictures would have been replaced by the pics I selected for my 1st profile. They weren't. Then in the new listing window I saw a window that said load profile so I selected the profile option I had just created and saved but got a message that it will replace the current info in the new listing window. I didn't upload the profile because I didn't know if it would eliminate the blank one? What is the fastest way for me to figure out how to use Auctiva successfully??? I used to use Turbo Lister to list all my items in the past. Turbo Lister is having connection difficulties with ebay so I can't use it. It seems Auctiva will be much better for me if I can just figure out what I'm doing. The problem with the tutorial for listing is that it always uses the same item. I'm an artist. Many of my listings will be different things. Also I'm one of those people who has only known what I absolutely needed to know to use a computer, so I'm very green about many things. Right now I just feel stuck and somewhat lost. Can anyone help???
