Hi smiley - Weekends are a little iffy, but during the week the support staff will normally get to you pretty quickly if you file a support request. Just click the appropriate link on the Help page. In this case, they can look at the listing and advise you specifically. Staff will monitor the message boards and often respond, but it's mostly user-to-user here. Smile
Is anyone having trouble with Auctiva when they are trying to do a new listing? I will get one part done-and then I will try to do a preview or an error check and it locks up. It has been doing this for the last two days! Is there something going on with Auctiva? Just wondering-its very frustrating when you get your whole listing done and then it wont post!
Smiley,
Ebay obviously thinks you have some kind of violation such as a designer name that could be fraudulent or a fake, or whatever. Sometimes if you have a title with 'Louis Vuitton' or 'Tiffany' or any other expensive brand you will not be able to list it. You're not even allowed to say 'like new' any more in a title, although we've all still seen that one. If this is the case (and I'm pretty sure it is) no one can help you.

What I did the one time this happened to me, was write a bland title but I wrote the whole description the way it was supposed to be. After it was listed, I went in and revised it and it worked out just fine. They look for keywords in the title, and some slip through and some get caught.

Good luck! Smile
I ran into this a couple of weeks ago with designer perfume I am selling, Dolce & Gabbana, Davidoff, Estee Lauder. None of these would post and I was going crazy trying to figure the API out. Finally filed a support request and found out that items Ebay considers subject to being counterfeited are only allowed to be listed for 5 days or more! I typically post 3 day auctions and sometimes even 1 day.The crazy thing is other designer perfumes I list as 3 day go right in. Guess nobody is complaining about them being counterfeit Confused
