We all know the story...For the second week in a row the pictures have vanished. I love the Auctiva system, however, I simply cannot afford to keep losing money on my sales (£300 over the two days). I also cannot afford to list any more items using this service, without the reassurance that it will not happen again... This is my point, I have 280 days left on my Auctiva pass and 1827 pre-paid picture credits...I suppose this is a silly question, but can these be refunded, and if not why???...Andy

I just sent a message with the same thought. If you ever get anyone to answer you please let me know my email is Toni@jawnjab.com. I have been trying for two weeks. Instead of repeating everything just read my message (Jawjab). You are in for a very long haul. I feel that by the time we get our money we will be in a wheelchair, wearing depends, gumming our food, and well you get the picture.
