Quick question -- I tried to download the GETTING STARTED pdf and it wouldn't download ... "could not parse" whatever that means. I'm not that computer literate.
Any suggestions? Another link?

If not: Do you have the most recent Adobe Acrobat Pdf reader loaded on your computer? Also, did you try to watch the video tutorials that Auctiva has? Hope this works or gives you more ideas. Write back if anything.
Parse is a word going back to at least Latin and has to do with figuring out sentence structure. In computer terms it is basically the computer trying to make some kind of sense out of the page of bytes and data that it is seeing. If it is having problems reading and comprehending, that may have something to do with you getting the "...could not parse." message.
