I'm so frustrated i'm leaving

Neither do I. Would someone be so kind to explain why some of us can have state-of-the-art machines and connections and find that Auctiva loads and runs like we had a 28,800 baud connection?

Is the site still experiencing upgrade problems? I am so totally frustrated too...took me 45 minutes, 3 reboots, cleaned out cookies and internet files before it even dawned on me to check to see about upgrades being done. I cant do business this way...can someone please let me know when the site will be operational? I am getting runtime errors, it is taking forever for a page to pull up, the image uploader is having server problems...my day is shot.

I cannot even get to my images let alone upload anything! This site is so slow!!I just started usingthis site 2 months ago and I am ready to give up!What is going on??

I started using Auctiva a few weeks ago and I am ready to bail out already. I don't have the time to waste for the website pages to load.
Posting new auctions is nearly an impossible task!
I had a feeling that the benefits of the service were too good to be true for no monthly service fee. I'd bet that is going to change soon.

This is NUTS!! I agree... sooo frustrating! Nothing seems to be working... and waiting around for the pages to load is insane. I may try back later... but this is ridiculous! I thought the problems were supposed to be fixed by now.

I think our screaming is being noted...the site seems to be working now. My day is gone, maybe I'll try again tomorrow. I'm too tired from being totally frustrated myself today. I love the program, but the time it has taken to get listings done isnt worth saving the 15 cents per picture. I wish they could get this problem resolved, even if it means that we have to pay for it.

Every couple weeks something else. Its a shame as this does work well when up and going .. but the hours I waste is losing $$ IN MY POCKET ?

People? I just checked the site...it is working on my end...and doing a pretty darn good job too.

I cleaned out cookies, temp internet files and ran a disk cleanup on my computer yesterday. Maybe that is the difference? Try it.
