Hi,
I have recently changed my username and email address here at Auctiva and over at Ebay and Paypal. ...All seemed to be going well except that I noticed the next thing that sold out of my Ebay store...the notification that Ebay sends saying that your store item sold went to the correct address but the actual Paypal payment notification went to my old email address.
Ok...I have looked and looked all over all 3 sites and I seem to have changed everything I can find to change. The ONLY thing that I can see that is showing incorrectly is when I go to create a brand new listing using the 1-Page Lister in Auctiva....at the bottom of the page where it says where your Paypal payments will be sent... still shows my old email address.
SOoooo.. my questions are: 1)Why is that old email addy showing on the 1-Page Lister when I have changed my email with Auctiva? ...Is there a different place in Auctiva that I need to change it besides the Account Settings?..and could that be the problem?..... or
2)Is the problem with Paypal.... or Ebay? ...I only have store listings over at Ebay that were all created in Auctiva before my email change-over.
I know this was lengthy and somewhat boring. Thanks for ANY help/advice you can give me. ..I simply want my payment notifications to go to the new address and I want Auctiva to show my new Email addy on the 1-Page Lister.
