I moved my store window but...

It seems as if the change will only take effect on the new listings I create.

It did not change the current listings. Do I need to change all of those manually?

I have over 100 that would be very time consuming.

How can I move the store window from the top of my listing to the bottom on current/live listings?

Only way unfortunately.
My suggestion if it is a recurring item you sell is change your saved listing, that way when you relist it will change.
