I need an Auctiva mentor

Is anyone willing to take me under their wing and mentor me through Auctiva. I seem to be auctiva challenged!! I just don't get it. I have listed some items using it and it takes me forever and I can't seem to get the hang of all the tools available like profiles, customizing a template, editing my pictures etc.

I don't know if someone wants to take you under their wing, but I do know that Auctiva provides free live classes to help people like you. They also have PDF tutorials on creating a listing, image uploading, and creating a profile. You can find all of this if you click on the "Help" link at the top of the page.

thanks Jordan- there are never any live classes scheduled and I've tried the tutorials and they are just not helpful. I'm one of these computer challenged people that need some more hand holding and one on one-- I'm just not good at reading tutorials and help manuals. I'm hoping some good samaritan will help.

Hi!

If Auctiva schedules another live class on using profiles, I would recommend signing up and taking the class. I was a little "challenged" when it came to the profiles when I first joined Auctiva as well, and the live class really helped me get going. I've only participated in one live class but I thought the whole process was amazing!
