HI, I AM HAVING ANOTHER PROBLEM. I LISTED AN AUCTION DIRECTLY ON EBAY BECAUSE AUCTIVA WAS UNDERGOING MAINTENANCE AND I AM REALLY IMPATIENT. NOW I WOULD LIKE MAKE IT LOOK GOOD (LIKE ALL MY OTHER AUCTIVA STYLE AUCTIONS DO..)I THOUGHT THAT I SHOULD GO INTO SAVED LISTINGS, EDIT IT THERE, SAVE IT THEN GO AND COPY THE HTML TO EBAY. HOWEVER I CAN ONLY FIND IT IN MY ACTIVE LISTINGS. IT IS NOT IN MY SAVED LISTINGS FOLDER. I GUESS PATIENCE REALLY IS A VIRTUE! CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

Ambolina,

Auctions created directly on eBay will not show up in your "saved ads" page. We should have an import feature that does this for you, but currently that only exists for importing "closed" listings into Auctiva.

The best thing to do for now is to create a new listing, add all your images and description (you don't need to do anything else), and then save it. From the saved listings page, use the "GET HTML" feature.

Then revise your item directly on eBay and copy and paste the HTML in for your item description. Make sure to then preview it on eBay before saving changes to see that it looks how you want it to.
