I NEED HELP.....SOMEBODY PLEASE RESPOND TO ME

My best advice on this one would be to contact Tech Support and describe the issue to them. They've always been very quick to respond to my help tickets.

On the other hand, if you're talking about the Events notice that you're not set up properly for eBay notifications (I've forgotten exactly what the wording is), that can be ignored.

Otherwise, check with the tech guys! They should be able to get it worked out for you.

I would log in ebay
go to my ebay page
Under My Account select Preferences
Under General Preferences select show for Third-party authorizations
Where you see Auctiva Corporation check Revoke this authorization then click on Apply button

Then log in your new Auctiva account and enter your ebay info and that should do the trick

BTPS Whiz...I did exatcly what you said but I'm still ablt to log in and the same thing happens. It asks me to generate a token but won't let me....so I can;t post to ebay w/out the token. Acuvia is just agnoring me...why?
Isn't there live online help? I asked ebay and they won't help me with this at all.
What can I do?
