Hi yapple,
If you just need to replace some images within one of your active listings, the easiest way to do so would be to use the "Replace" option on your Manage Images page. You can even use the "Replace" option on listings that have already received bids/sales for which eBay will no longer allow you to revise your description.
On the other hand, if you need to do more than just replace some of the images, the best way to do so would be to revise the listing via the following process (this can only be done if eBay will still allow the description of the item to be revised):
1) Locate your listing in your Saved Listings folder, make any necessary changes (add additional images), and save.
2) Click the "<HTML> icon to the right of the item on your "Saved Listings" page
3) Select All and copy the html in the popup window.
4) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
5) Scroll down to the "Description" section and then click the "HTML" tab above the description editor.
6) Delete the existing description HTML, paste the copied HTML in its place, and save your changes.
The most common problem that users have when using this revision method is that they have a pop up blocker enabled on their browser or one of their browser toolbars (like those offered by Google and Yahoo) that prevents the pop up window that should appear when you click the <HTML> icon from opening up.
If you have already tried using this method and it has not worked for you, I recommend letting our customer support team know where you are getting hung up using the form on the following page of our site:
