I never knew anyone bought my insurance!

I was just looking through my junk mail folder when I noticed a message saying that my insurance was shut off until I paid my balance. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ANYONE HAD PURCHASED IT!

So I looked through and sure enough I could track a few of them. However, One of them I couldn't track. Did the customer select it and then edit the total so that I paid and never knew?

I'd like to earn money off insurance and I'd like the option for my customers but what the hey?
Suggestion:
There needs to be a way for us to know what's going on without having to do research and police work.

Now I owe $5.90 but I can't see where I collected it.
