I quit ( I had an account under a different name) because of a security issue that later I found was unfounded. I had two items for sale that sold and now the customers can't check out.They get a "timed out" error message and can not check out and pay for the items. How can this problem be rectified?

CHUCKS TRAINS,

If you reactivate your account, your customers will be able to checkout. If you disable the store window feature before regenerating your token, then your active listings won't be affected in any other way.

Then, once the remainder of your listings for which Auctiva checkout is applied expire, you can cancel your Auctiva account again.

...or, you can do what Rick suggested above.
