but I sold a Juicy bag with charms

so I only shipped to confirmed address and packed it nice and checked it twice!

here is what I get

"the juicy couture bag that is sold me- well the picture shows that the hibicus charm is intact- however its broken and half of it is missing and the rhinestone in the middle- i do not think this happened during shipping because then the broken part would be in the pacaking or box- and its not there- thanks"

so I write
"Hi there - I am sorry the juicy hibiscus charm is broken - I assure you I checked the item very thouroughly before packing the item!I am sure because I was wishing I didnt have to sell the bag .... I would NEVER dare send out anything unless it was intact - However nicely packaged I do understand that accidents happen and I want you to totally be happy with your purchase - So I am offering to take back the item for a full refund - AS LONG AS ALL PACKING TAGS AND THE ITEM is in the condition it was sent to you! Since I deal with high end items I do have a secret marking in special ink to insure items returnd are mine and once this is checked and verified you may have your money back. Thank you for letting me know and giving me the opportunity to make it right! Have a good day - please let me know when I can expect item and please use Delivery confirmation as then you will have a record of the return too!
"

today I get another - this time all the charms are gone (strange that it was only one charm yesterday that was missing - and today all??!)

"The juicy couture bag that you sold me is damaged- charms are missing and others are broken off- its very noticible and this was supposed to be a gift- but now im going to have to keep it for myself- i would like to have a partial refund for the damage on this bag- the damage was not done during shipping because in the box or paper none of the charms were in there or pieces of it.
"

WHT WOULD YOU DO? I AM all for getting the bag ..My hubby is for giving a refund.. But I KNOW THE CHARMS WERE THERE! I scolded my daughter who was touching them please dont touch! and looked at them!

Well, when I run into situations like that I think, assuming the claim is legit, what would I expect from a seller? But since her story changes a little, it makes it seem suspicious. I really don't think I'd give a refund without seeing the item, I mean, you don't want to assume evil but that buyer could just be trying to burn you.
