Ever since they started this new stuff I cannot list. I get everything put in and when I click to schedule, nothing happens. I am also not able to get templates. Very frustrating. I have been doing it on Ebay but Auctiva always looked so much better. Do I have to delete my account and start over. TabbynPurr

There are many things that could be causing your problem...your browser for instance..do you have IE6 or FireFox. It could be your browser settings, Pop up blocker, firewal settings, clearing your cache, it could be just something simple. I could suggest maybe looking into those things and if nothing helps then file a support request with auctiva. You can find the link to file one on the help page at the bottom.
