but it still shows up in my store listings, and my auctions, my auctions dont even have any bidders either, so why is is still on there? I don't want the store window anymore. Please help

Disabling the store window in your account simply prevents the store window from being added to any listings posted thereafter.
To remove the store window from your active listings you must delete the store window html from the html description using eBay's "Revise Item" form. The html description can be found at Auctiva -> Store -> Store Window -> Store Window HTML. The store window html lies between ASW tags.

If I cancel my account with auctiva will this get rid of the store window all together?

No, even if you cancel your Auctiva account, you will still have to remove the store window from each of your listings by editing out the store window html.

Yeah, it has to do with whatever your settings were when the listing was actually posted..
