In order to create your own custom template you will at least need to know some basic HTML. Or you can try hiring a designer to get what you want, there are many talented designers out there.

I highly recommend Kathy from www.KWKDesigns.com she does great works and she's also taken me under her wing and I hope to one day make templates for sale
