Hi, I wonder if someone can help me please? When I started to use Auctiva, I didn't really know what I was doing when setting up my re-listing profile. I listed quite a few things recently and most of them have sold. My problem is that I am going on Ebay and finding they have been automatically re-listed, but I have sold them. How can I stop this happening please?

Many thanks for any answers.

alice, my concern is, how is ebay re-listing SOLD items? the listing is, by definition, COMPLETE (as in: you sold the item and mailed it out)!!

i have had issues with wanting to change an "until canceled" listing to a "30 day" listing (or visa-versi) after it is at ebay (you can't- there's no option in the active listing after it leaves auctiva)... but what you're describing... i've never seen that!

If I understand this feature correctly, this will change the re-list options for new listings that are to be submitted to eBay. I don't think this will change those that eBay has on their site.

There is a way to change the re-list option with those items currently posted on eBay. I think it is under the Listings > Active. I think I remember an option to stop the re-listing of items there.

I can't verify the above because the system has been down for 30+ hours and I can't get into my active listing screen to check for you. I keep getting an error.

Let us know what you fine.
Thanks to all of you. I seem to have solved the problem by doing what California Dreamin' suggested and deleting the listings from Auctiva as well.

I was concerned as well 'otherworld'! I couldn't believe it when i went into myebay and saw them re-listed. I had quite clearly sold them!
I also then got charged the listing fees again!
Anyway, I have deleted my re-listing profile completely, and it hasn't happened again.

Thanks to all of you.
Same thing just happened to us.
A listing sold on eBay, and we immediately got notice that the item was re-listed. It took a few minutes to find that we couldn't cancel the auction on eBay, but had to return to Auctiva to cancel the relisting and then the active listing. It cost us a few dollars to find this out.

Is this a glitch at Auctiva that will be fixed? or is this a "feature" that is more of a "bug"?
I'm a little confused about the wording of the options in auto-relist profile. It says "auto-relist if: any items sold, all items sold or no items have sold. Does the wording refer to 1 listing with multiple quantity available or all of my separate listings I have on ebay? If I mark "no items have sold" Does it mean that a relist will only happen if the single listing doesn't sell? Why would anyone want to relist if all the items have sold? Help my head is spinning!!!! Maybe someone from auctiva can clarify
I can answer this. Some eBayers put "1" in the quantity, but actually have additional stock. In that case, they may want to re-list when the item is sold.
I believe the way the feature is supposed to work, is that when you select this feature in your individual listing, it will be active, and operate based on your selection in this profile. If you don't select it, it doesn't re-list.
However, as you can gather from the previous posts, it seems to be a bit wild. I had selected re-list if NOT SOLD, but two items sold, and it re-listed anyway. For the other listings I had this activated for, I've turned it off until we hear that Auctiva has fixed it.
