Right now I use auctiva for creating all my listings but I also pay $24.99 for blackthorne for all my relisting,scheduling, I would be lost without blackthorne
If auctiva would fix the relisting I could get rid of blackthorne and just use auctiva
When I go to CLOSED items
1. There is no way to see if the ended items are eligible to be relisted to get back the fee if it sells the 2nd time,every closed item looks the same
in blackthorne all listings go to 3 folders
1. relistable(relist the ones in the folder and if it sells 2nd time I get the fee back)
2. relist not sold(these are ones that have already been relisted and I can either submit them again or put in my store)
3. unsold(these are the auctions with multiple items
Also I had a featured item that sold 1 out of the 2 and for kicks I went to relist in auctiva from the closed folder and it still showed quantity of 2
in blackthorne when you submit an multiple item auction that sold 1 out of the 2, only 1 will be listed when you submit it again so I dont have to worry about listing items I dont have.
I love auctiva but the relist needs a little work
Hopefully this is something they are working on.
