I don't know if you figured this out already or not, but here goes:

On the listing template right under Subtitle, there is a drop down menu that says "Select recently used category". Right under that is a box that says "Enter Category #" Right under that are 2 blue buttons "BROWSE" & "SEARCH". Just click on one of them for ebay categories.
Yes, that's okay. Understood. But what about " SELLER 'S EB STORE CATEGORIES ". How can I avoid the listing created with Auctiva software to go into OTHERS category of my store ?. Thanking you in advance for help !

Hi Bookabus,

In order to specify your eBay store categories when listing through Auctiva, you first need to update your eBay store categories in the Auctiva system. To update your eBay store categories in the Auctiva system, please click the “Ebay Settings” link under the “My Account” tab within your account, and click the “Update Store Categories from eBay” link.

Once you have done so, there will be two pull-down menus on the Auctiva lister page, directly below the category field, from which you can specify up to two of your custom eBay store categories for each listing.

Any additonal questions or concerns? Please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx
