Hi

Very new to all this and can't find the answer I'm looking for, please help...
I have listed several items and have realised that I did not put the correct returns policy on them. If I update them in Auctiva, will the new saved info be transferred across to Ebay or do I have to trawl through Ebay to amend.

thanks in advance.

Hi Community,

If you post a listing to eBay through Auctiva and then make changes to the saved listing the item was posted from within your Auctiva account, those changes will NOT automatically be transmitted to eBay. The only time information is transmitted from the Saved Listings page to eBay is when you post or schedule an item.

If you make some changes to the description section (which includes the template and images) of a saved listing and you would like to transfer those changes to the associated active listing, you can do so by revising the active listing via the following process:

1) Locate your listing in your Saved Listings folder.
2) Click the "<HTML> icon to the right of the item on your "Saved Listings" page
3) Select All and copy the html in the popup window.
4) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
5) Scroll down to the "Description" section and then click the "HTML" tab above the description editor.
6) Delete the existing description HTML, paste the copied HTML in its place, and save your changes.

If you would like to make changes to any aspect of an active eBay listing that is not within the description area of the listing, you will need to make those changes directly through the "Revise your Item" form on the eBay website.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer support team about this using the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
