If I relist through auctiva, does it qualify for a refund on listing fee if sold?

If I relist through Auctiva, and my item sells, does it qualify for the refund of initial listing fees that I would qualify through ebay?
Also, I relisted one item through Ebay, but I don't know how to get the listing to import to Auctiva to go in my gallery or store? Can anyone tell me how I might do that? Thanks so much!

Thanks Tom! That helps me a lot, and I'll bet most newbies here will have that same question. I am new to Auctiva, and still trying to learn the in's and outs, but so far and most please with Auctiva's service. I don't have the free Sellathon 30 day free trial someone mentioned, so I will have to look for that. So far, I really haven't had that many problems. Hey Tom, Forgot to ask, when auctions listed on Ebay are automatically imported to Auctiva store gallery, how long does that usually take on an average?
