I posted on www.auctivablog.com yesterday on this topic and want to repeat this post here.
We want to make sure that Auctiva users know that on September 22, eBay will begin enforcing the requirement that GTC (Good till canceled) listings specify both your handling time and your return policy. You can read more about this here on eBay’s site.

As a part of our September 9 site update we have introduced a new tool that that will allow them to perform bulk revisions to live (active) eBay listings directly from the Auctiva’s manage listings page. This tool, which will be available to all to Auctiva customers who have signed up for listing services under one of our paid pricing plans (or who are still in their Free Trial period), will provide support for users wishing to do bulk changes to their good till canceled (GTC) listings to meet the handling time and return policy enforcement deadline.
Users who have such listings and who have opted to become Free Tools customers can signup for a plan and after upgrading they will then be able to immediately use the Auctiva bulk live listing revision tool. If not, eBay also provides the ability to edit the fields using the Bulk Edit tool on My eBay.
