When previewing my listing, when I click on the "larger picture" link, the image gets "supersized" to nearly the exact same size as the thumbnail image. The image properties still show the full image (under manage pictures) size of 400 x 700...any insight on how to get the actual full size image to pop in would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi - Just as a check, the displayed image size when you click on the picture under "manage pictures" should be EXACTLY the same displayed size as when you click supersize in your preview. Use a tape measure to be sure and compare the two.(Both should be "full size" ie whatever your uploaded size is, 400x700 in this case) If the problem you are describing is true, then it seems like the supersized pic would be displaying smaller if you compare the two. Does it? Since the thumbnail is only 400x300, it seems like you should notice more of a difference if your full size pic is 400x700. If this function is acting up, you may need to file a support request so staff can "see" what you are seeing.

Hi, supersizing does not enlarge an image it just allows it to be shown larger than normal but only at the maximum size it was uploaded.

So within the permitted size limits you upload your image and it is reduced to the normal size on the listing. When you have supersize option selected a potential buyer can click on it and the fullsize image will be shown in another window.

See Auctiva information relating to sizes. Smile
