Hi everyone,

I am getting so irritated because I can't get my recently uploaded images to show up when I try to add them on a new aution. I am editing a auction and trying to upload it to the auction, the pictures are not available. I have all my other old pictures but not my recently updated ones. Am I missing something here? I double checked and know it uploaded ok to my account but its not showing up when I try to add it to a auction. Here is my options when I try to upload:

Folder: All folders/"any designed folder name"

Sort by: last edited/display name/folder/date created/last edited

Descending/Ascending

HELP PLEASE ASAP! I'm trying to list alot of new auctions today!!

I'm having the same trouble. I upload images but they don't show up so I can choose them (most recent usually default to the first spaces in the "Select Images" window).

And if I browse the Select Images window I can't find the images. However, I'm able to find my recently uploaded images by searching in Images > Manage Images.

But no such luck in the Select Images window when creating a listing. And the "most recent" images it shows are really old. Also, where my recently update images should've been (when browsing alphabetically) in the Select Images window was page 15. In Images > Manage Images they're waaaaay past page 15 (both options browsed with 25 results per page).

It's almost as if there's suddenly a cut-off date for what's available through Create Listing.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have verified that there is a problem with the image selector when viewing a very large numbers of images. We're working hard to resolve this issue.

As an interim workaround, you can do the following: Upload all your new images to a new folder. Since this folder contains less images, you should be able to view all its contents on the image selector page. You can then add your new images to your listing.

I realize this workaround is less than ideal. We will work on getting this resolved as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience.
