Hi- may or may not be problem, but suggest following:
1. Close all tabs except one. Clear your cookies and cache in Internet Explorer browser. I normally just do a restart then but don't think you have to do that.
OR
2. Try in another browser such as mozilla foxfire (which i like much better than Internet Explorer. I also use google chrome which is great too, but auctiva does not fully support (may be wrong word) it. (if this does not work either Clear cookies and cache on it too).
If that does not help, I would write support and see if they can help you. When you write support let them know that which browser or browsers you have tried AND that you cleared cookies and cache in each. It may save a couple of back & forth emails.
