Image Upload Failed! Why??

I don't seem to be able to upload images today? What am I doing wrong? Is anyone else having the same problem??

We aren't experiencing any technical problems that would account for this behavior, so there may be some aspect of your images, or soemthing specific to your account, that is causing this issue.
