For very hi-res monitors, I can "see" your problem. It's even more a strain for old guys with bifocals....hehe
I did research the thumbnail size problem some months back and the 100x100 appears to be the default (same as desktop thumbnail). I didn't find a method to change the default size, other than use the Windows desktop magnifier. I did try the hack on Windows Registry to increase default size on the desktop thumbnails, and it didn't work (at that time).
You can right-click the box and switch to the other standard desktop view modes: Details, List, Icons.
I did suggest this would be a good enhancement feature for Auctiva to recommend to Aurigma for updating their commercial product.
