IMAGE URL IS INVALID error while creating inventory item

When attempting to create a new inventory item in the "add new inventory item" page and selecting an image from our uploaded pictures folder as we have done thousands of times and as recently as this week, we are now getting the error, "The Following Errors are found: Image URL is invalid."

We are unable to create items now and we have a few hundred to list this evening. Please help!!

Hello POTP -

We are aware of the issue in inventory with the message regarding invalid URLs when adding an image and our engineers are currently seeking a solution. I will update this thread as soon as more information regarding this issue becomes available.

In the meantime, when working in the inventory area and adding your image, please update the image URL field after you have selected an image so that the HTTPS of the URL is HTTP (just remove the "s" that portion of the URL) and you should be able to save the item and proceed as you normally would.

Our engineers have resolved this issue, so you should no longer have difficulty with adding the image URL when making an inventory item.
