i have not added any software to my computer and for the last 2 days i have not been able to load pictures. they appear black.

My friends said they are having the same problem...auctiva customer service said it's my computer problem

help...i need this fix today

We are not aware of any difficulties with the image uploader that would cause this to occur, so it is unclear what may be occurring for you.

If you have not already done so, please file a support case letting us know the details of what you are experiencing, with the title of a few of your images (or continue with an existing support case) and we may need to have you send in some of your original images for testing purposes so we can check into this further.
