I've been trying to Customize Templates without any success.
This setup works fine when simply choosing a Template for a Saved Listing.
I choose:
Images: 5
Grouping: Vertical
Alignment: Left
When I try the same settings in Customize Template (even without changing anything) the Template formats wrong as soon as I add images.
It puts all other text (apart from Description) such as Payments, Shipping etc UNDER the images instead of to the right of them. They should appear directly underneath the Description info which is the only text that remains up the top to the right of the images, where you would expect it.
This seems to be common for any template I try to modify and is driving me crazy. All I really want to do is chance the Template colours but can't with this issue...
Auctiva is on the case but has anyone else had this problem? If so have you found a workaround?
