I have had several emails stating that my pics are not showing up on my Auctiva generated Auction today! I have several ending this evening and no one can see the pics! WHat is going on????

Hi - I would advise that you file a support request from the Help page so the Auctiva tech folks can take a look.
There doesn't appear to be a problem at the moment. My shots are showing up OK. I might be on a different server since I use the Auctiva Classic products, but we did have a problem the other day.
I hope there is no problem, it is New Years Eve, and nobody will probably be dealing with any issues.

I am having a similar problem. With only one thank goodness.
I have tried to fix it, but it says I need to revise it in ebay and that isn't logical to me. Nor did it work.

Hi I'm having the same problem.. I have 5 or 6 pictures not showing in my listings for days.. I've tried everything.. I use my on templates, I went into ebay and copyied and pasted the urls more than once but nothing works and I don't want to take pictures over and over and keep uploading them. Can anyone help?? Thanks
