Images are thumbnails

I am shutting down one of my Auctiva accounts and merging the listings into a more established Auctiva account. I've been reading the how to's on transferring pictures to another site and/or folder before the end of the month is here. The hints are not working for me. Can someone please let me know how to save the images from one Auctiva to another without them being thumbnails?

I have the same problem on my otherAuctiva other ID.
I was trying to combine my 2 ID to one but all my other pic on my other ID are thumbnails.

So I guess I have to have a small copy of that image or lose it come july 1st.
