images don't supersize

when I click on a photo in my ebay listings, they used to supersize, now when I click on a photo I get directed to the auctiva site and this message:

Hi sykogurl,

Thanks for letting us know about this. It is normal for the message you included in your post to show up on the supersized image page, but there should be supersized versions of the images in your listing on that page as well. I'm not quite sure what would cause your supersized images not to show up on that page.
