I scheduled a listing to post this evening. In the Scheduled listing, the ten photos, of the item, showed up fine. When the listing posted, the photos were not in the template, that I used, from Auctiva Templates.

I contacted Support, who told me my Scrolling Gallery was fine, in the listing. Yes, the Scrolling Gallery, of ALL my items, is working, outside the template. However, inside my template, above my description, where the ten photos are supposed to scroll, there are no photos. The only photo, in the listing, is the No. 1 photo (of the ten, I placed in the Image Section).

I tried looking at the Active listing and doing "Revise your Listing" (in the upper left corner of the Seller's View. However, I do not see where I can add any photos. And, my understanding is if I add any photos, within the eBay listing, I will be charged a "per image" fee. Right?

I checked my saved listing, and IT shows the ten photos. When Support told me the Scrolling Gallery was fine, I replied and explained that it was the ten images, that are supposed to show up within the template, and asked for help getting my images to show up in the active listing. That was over eight hours ago, and I am concerned, that if buyers don't see the photos, they will pass my item up. So, I could be losing a sale, due to this.

Can anyone help me figure out how to get my item photos into the template?

Well, I finally got a reply, from Support, and was able to get my ten photos to show up in my listing. Here is what Allen, in Support, suggested:

"I would clear your confusion with revising the listing function. Whenever you make any change in the saved listing of the active item, the changes won't reflect in the active item automatically. You'll need to revise the listing via the following steps:

1) Locate your listing in your Saved Listings folder, make any necessary changes, and save.
2) Click the "<HTML> icon to the right of the item on your "Saved Listings" page
3) Select All and copy the html in the popup window.
4) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
5) Scroll down to the "Description" section and then click the "HTML" tab above the description editor.
6) Delete the existing description HTML, paste the copied HTML in its place, and save your changes.

I followed these steps, and now have images within the template, of my active listing.
