Images into Templates

Similar to original_new_england, I am unable to insert images that are stored on Auctiva into new templates. I've tried re-uploading, changing the file type. Just about everything, and nothing is inserting into my templates.

I'm using Design Editor, not HTML and have never had this problem before. I even tried copying and pasting. Nothing.

Any suggestions??? I need to get moving on this new template.
