My images aren't coming up, either and I have several auctions ending soon. This isn't making me happy! I've checked lots of other auctions and it's not my browser, it's not affecting any other hosting service - it's just Auctiva. On the occassions when Auctiva works properly - it rocks. And then there's the rest of the time...
It's obviously their "new" listing servers, which are lagging like crazy or are down altogether. If you check your saved listings on Auctiva, it's the same issue, some images show up right away, others taken awhile to load, and others don't load at all.
What REALLY bugs me, not a soul from Auctiva has chimed in on this thread yet, there's no announcements that I can find and this isn't a NEW problem, it's been going on awhile.
Then of course Auctiva's listing form isn't in conformance with the new Ebay listing form - wasn't in conformance with the old one either - so maybe it's time Ebay took a look at Auctiva as an authorized provider.
Same here (both with item creation and with active auctions). I opened a ticket for it, and just hope that someone is working there this weekend, as I have auctions ending in 5 hours (with new auctions going up as well).
My auctions are just ending - critical time for adding value $$$ - and all pictures have vanished??? Since this is obviously and on-going problem affecting many Auctiva customers could someone from Auctiva please post a definitive statement as to cause, fix, and timescale. This would be much appreciated.
I'm sorry, but there are problems a lot of the time, and this has been true for a long, long time, much before the new servers. The real problem here is the total lack of communication (and consideration!) for the users. How hard is it to acknowledge a problem and give an ETA for fixing it?
I see the first posting about this issue "today" (re pics not loading) was at 9:00 am this morning. It is now past 5:00 pm and still no response or posting from support staff.
Is it too much to let us know when and if the problem might be resolved?? If you don't know the answer to what is wrong - say so! Rather hear that answer than no answer.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
