I was creating listings when I incurred the problem of not being able to access images, I looked on my current eBay listings, no images.

i don't see any reason to file more support tickets. it is important to get one in there as soon as possible so that they are aware of the problem. further tickets will just slow them down.
I realize this is a free service but you are making money of off our listing. When neither the main server or the back up server is working for over an hour you are costing us money. If you can't give an ETA on when this will be fixed you need to start refunding listing fees, at least partially if not all.
